 The Chief Executive says...
We are one of the UK's largest transport consultants
with a long established social and market research capability. Our
5-year
business
plan anticipates significant growth in the UK, Europe and the Middle
East. Whilst we are actively recruiting at all levels within the
organisation, graduate recruitment has always been the foundation
of our succession planning strategy. Most of today's business leaders
at MVA Consultancy started as graduates and we are particularly proud of our
policy of providing a friendly but challenging working environment
that has fostered long-term loyalty to the company.
Being one of the leading consultancies, we are at the
forefront of transport policy and social market research thinking
and are advisors
to key policy decision makers across all regions of the UK. Our
current phase of international expansion also provides recently qualified
graduates with opportunities to work overseas either on a short or
long-term basis. We currently have graduates working in Ireland,
France and Dubai.
I am particularly committed to the development
of our graduate workforce; to this end, as well as a thorough grounding
in a wide range of technical
skills, we are in the process of strengthening our management training
modules to cover financial management, people skills and marketing & sales
training. I am looking to develop and train our graduates to cover
all aspects of our business so that those with the ability and
commitment can make rapid progression within the organisation and
realise their full potential.
