2005 Team Building Event - Sailing on the Solent

Itinerary

Friday
1530 hrs         (approx) Coaches leave Woking                                         
1700 hrs         Arrive at Port Solent. 
1830 hrs         (approx) Coach arrives from Airport
1900hrs          Briefing, meet skippers, move onto yachts
Buffet & drinks at Portsmouth Harbour Yacht Club
Teams sleep on board overnight

Saturday
0800 hrs         English breakfast in PHYC
0845 hrs         Depart Port Solent for practice sailing and optional practice race
1300 hrs         Lunch on board
1400 hrs         First race begins
1730 hrs         Moor up at Shepherd Wharf Marina (Cowes)
                       Shower / Change
1900 hrs         Dine ashore  - BBQ at Cowes event centre
Sleep on board yachts overnight

Saturday evening

Sunday
0800 hrs         Breakfast from Fastnet Brasserie
0900 hrs         Depart for Solent
1000 hrs         Second race
1200 hrs         Third race
                       Packed Lunch on board
1300 hrs         Fourth race (if time permits)
1500 hrs         Return to Port Solent, moor up and hand over yachts     
1530 hrs         Afternoon tea and cakes Prize giving in PHYC
1600 hrs         Guests depart by coach for Airport
1630 hrs         (approx) Coach departs for Woking
