For Cathay Pacific MVA undertook
stated preference market research to inform on customers’ valuation
of various service and quality attributes, to enable the airline
to prioritise investment and operational expenditure across a range
of product enhancements.
For the UK CAA we have undertaken research designed
to improve the assessment of noise impacts. The particular focus
of this research was to understand how the perceived nuisance of
noise varies by time of day: how much worse is noise during the night
relative to the day.
