Analysis of LENNON Rail Data between the South East Region and London

The South East England Regional Assembly (SEERA) commissioned MVA to analyse LENNON rail data in the South East Region and London. This is an extension to a previous study in which MVA was appointed to review, analyse and interpret LENNON rail data in the South East Region for the period 1990-2005. The aim of this project is to develop an understanding of how rail patronage between the South East Region and London, and other selected cities, developed and changed over the period. SEERA will use the results of the study to inform their advice to government on the appropriate rail services within the region.
