Review of Internal Road Network
at Newcastle International Airport

MVA has been commissioned by Newcastle International
Airport Limited to undertake a safety review of the Airport's existing
internal road network. The Study will evaluate the existing internal
road network, the Airport's surface car parks, and the associated pedestrian
linkages with the main terminal building.
In addition to undertaking the safety review, MVA will
also assess the capacity of the Airport's road network and car parks
in relation to the increases in demand that will be generated as
part of the Airport's proposed expansion plans. The study will subsequently
identify the need and scale of any future improvements that may be
required to the existing infrastructure in order to accommodate future
traffic demands.
