Manchester City Council Internal Communications Survey

MVA Consultancy has been commissioned by Manchester City Council to run a follow up survey to measure progress on the effectiveness of communication within the organisation. MVA will conduct telephone interviews with over 1000 internal staff, and an additional postal survey of 250 internal staff from hard-to-reach services.

The survey is a follow up to surveys conducted in 2005 and 2006 to measure progress on the effectiveness of communication within the City Council.

MVA will compare the results to baseline information on views and identify areas where work is required and where it would have greater impact. Our analysis will also enable direct comparison of results by service department, grade and demographics.
