MVA Consultancy is engaging developers and leading real-estate advisers on behalf of Design for London, the Mayor’s architecture and urban design team, to take part in innovative research into how urban realm improvements can add value to property.
The research will assess the impact that high quality streets and public spaces have on property values. MVA Consultancy will be coordinating a series of discussion groups to understand what factors are considered when choosing property investments, and to what extent the quality of the environment is considered.
The discussion groups will provide valuable information into whether high quality public realm adds to property, land and rental values.
Developers and agents wishing to contribute to the study are invited to contact Fiona at MVA on 01483 742914 or fshore@mvaconsultancy.com
