MVA Consultancy traffic impact study in Dubai Marina

MVA has been appointed by the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi’s Office to undertake a traffic impact study for the planned Jumeirah Beach Resort Hotel located in Dubai Marina.
The 66-storey development, situated at the southern end of the Dubai Marina development on the Arabian Gulf coast, consists of a luxury five-star hotel with over 350 rooms and over 100 serviced apartments.
Project director Stephen Bennett said: “Following a number of recent successful traffic studies in the Dubai Marina area, we are pleased to be involved in this flagship development for the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi.
“It’s a challenging study and we look forward to working with the design team to develop safe and efficient access for this resort.”
