MVA Consultancy wins ESRI award in recognition of business partnership

MVA Consultancy has scooped an award at the Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) Worldwide Business Partner Conference in California.
The leading multi-disciplinary transport planning consultancy was presented with the prestigious Foundation Partner Award at the ceremony in Palm Springs after being nominated by ESRI (UK).
ESRI is the world’s leading Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software company which produces the ArcGIS suite of programs that MVA uses both internally and in providing solutions for clients.
Designed to recognise how a partner can consistently built a very strong, dependable relationship with ESRI through hard work and dedication, the award is one of the foundation blocks of the ESRI Business Partner Program.
During the four-day conference, partners from diverse industries across the globe experience product sessions, solutions expo, business partner track sessions, and networking with fellow partners and ESRI staff.
Jonathan Thomas, projects director at MVA was presented with the award by Jack Dangermond, president of ESRI.
Dr John Sutton, Transport Information Systems Director of MVA, said: “We are delighted to be recognised for the effort we’ve put into developing our GIS capabilities in transport.
“We use ArcGIS throughout our business and have embedded the latest ArcGIS technology in a range of software applications for transport. We look forward to strengthening our partnership with ESRI which has tremendous benefits for us as well as our customers.”
