MVA Consultancy has been appointed to undertake a scoping study to investigate e-delivery options of the bus service operators' grant (BSOG).
Working alongside Momenta, leading transport planning specialist MVA Consultancy will consult with DfT staff, bus operators and community transport groups involved in making and processing the claims for the grant, previously known as the fuel duty rebate.
The study will highlight opportunities for improving procedures including delivery of electronic systems in line with e-government initiatives.
