MVA Consultancy appoints John Landels as Managing Consultant

Leading transport planning specialist MVA Consultancy has appointed John Landels as a Managing Consultant.
John is a highly-skilled transport planner with 18 years experience in developing major public transport projects in London and the south east of England.
Throughout his career he has worked on a diverse range of projects for London Transport, London Underground, Cross London Rail Links and the Olympic Delivery Authority.
In his role at Cross London Rail Links, John was responsible for developing the strategic transport case for Crossrail and producing patronage forecasts for the new railway.
Most recently he has been worked on forecasting spectator and workforce demand for the 2012 Games and assisting transport providers in preparing their plans for serving the games.
In his new role at MVA Consultancy, John will primarily focus on developing further the company’s expertise in interchange planning, particularly in the areas of effective analysis and the communication of results to clients.
John joins from the Olympic Delivery Authority where he was Principal Rail Network Planner.
