MVA Consultancy appoints new Financial Director

 MVA Consultancy has strengthened its senior management team with the appointment of Mike Prager as financial director.
Mike brings a wealth of experience to MVA’s multi-disciplinary team after having played a number of key roles across the service sector, with considerable specialist expertise in property, logistics and consulting engineering.
A member of the Association of Chartered Accountants (A.C.A.), Mike has worked extensively on international commercial contracts and acquisitions, funding and pension fund negotiations as well as implementing complex systems and business development initiatives across a diverse range of business services.
Mike was part of the privatisation of the National Freight Consortium (NFC) during the eighties, playing an instrumental role in the rationalisation and development of property assets transferred as part of the vesting agreement which was to lay foundations for the successful floatation of the NFC.
He has previously worked as divisional finance director at Exel Logistics both in the UK and Germany, with
in-depth knowledge of supply chain management and transport logistics.
Mike joins MVA from his position as group finance director at Halcrow where played a major part in the facilitation of strategic acquisitions in the USA and Canada, making a vital contribution to the company’s evolution into a global organisation.
Mike said: “I look forward to contributing to the continuing success of MVA.”
