MVA Consultancy to manage West London's station access improvement programme

MVA Consultancy has been appointed by Ealing the lead borough on behalf of the WestTrans Partnership to coordinate the partnership’s Station Access Improvement Programme, which forms part of TfL’s Area Based Scheme (ABS) Programme.  The WestTrans Partnership is a  collaboration of the six West London Boroughs of Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon and Hounslow.
 
The station access improvement programme for West London is gaining momentum through good progress on scheme design and implementation.  The coordinator’s role is to ensure that this progress is maintained and that schemes demonstrate good value for money and are completed to a high standard. 

A structured approach will be adopted to the development, monitoring and delivery of station access schemes.  The coordinator will develop and maintain a rolling programme of schemes, assist and advise borough officers regarding the ABS process, as well as develop and work alongside borough officers to identify and initiate new schemes.
