MVA Consultancy focuses on issues of connectivity, capacity, congestion, sustainability and improvement of transport systems from a multi-modal perspective.

We provide advice and analysis to deliver achievable and realistic outcomes for our clients. The outcomes typically need to be determined in the context of wider public policy objectives for the economy, employment, land use, sustainability and health.

MVA Consultancy serves both the public and private sectors, whether central, regional or local government authorities, property developers, owners and managers of built assets, and operators of public transport networks.  Our analysis and advice is delivered through teams close to our clients.

MVA Consultancy provides advice and analysis covering transport planning policy development and economics, strategy development, master and development planning, scheme delivery and operational improvement for infrastructure and other investments. The skills we employ include behavioural and multi-modal modelling, economic, financial and environmental appraisal, business case development, traffic engineering, social and market research, business improvement, project and programme management, and data handling and effectiveness.
