The feasibility study comprised assembly and
analysis of relevant accident and site information, an assessment
of traffic calming and traffic management
measures. This formed part of a road safety strategy, the formulation of outline
proposals and an environmental audit of the likely effects of changes to traffic
patterns in the local area.
