MVA was commissioned by ZED Homes to develop a Transport Assessment for a residential, commercial and educational development close to Ashford Town Centre. The development comprised up to 1000 residential units and a mixture of retail and office space. The TA considered the implications on the development of significant planned highway infrastructure through the site. We prepared preliminary alignment options for a new highway corridor as part of the TA. The TA also considered the impact of public town centre car parking as an integral part of the development.
