We studied the impact of potential changes on staff
travel, working interaction and adjacent neighbours. The study was
designed to achieve an understanding of how staff currently travel,
predict reactions to changes and recommend a series of viable proposals
for improvements. The work included data collation and new surveys,
predictions of movement changes resulting from relocation of various
departments and development of transport strategies, including public
transport services, parking regimes and complementary measures. The
report concentrates on how the relocation scenarios could be served
by the transport packages and discusses the advantages of each.
