We were Traffic and Revenue Advisor to Eurolink Consortium
which was preparing a tender to design, build and operate this tolled
motorway. A SATURN traffic model was developed based on roadside
interview surveys carried out by the Irish National Road Authority.
Traffic forecasts took account of employment growth, economic growth
and Strategic Planning Guidance for the Greater Dublin Area.
