We were appointed by Cheshire County Council to develop a draft business case and Major Scheme Bid submission for a scheme involving significant enhancement of Crewe railway station. The scheme included a new car park and new vehicle access to the station, including some changes to the highway network. In addition, the station was to gain an enhanced concourse and passenger circulation areas and new retail space. The project included survey work and passenger circulation modelling, in addition to business case assessment.
