We were commissioned by Dwr Cymru to explore customers' attitudes to current water and sewerage services and establish their willingness to pay for certain improvements. This information formed an important part of Dwr Cymru's disucssions with OFWAT over future service to be provided and the prices to be set. These discussions are part of the ongoing 5-year Periodic Review.
