The Study involved the use of SATURN and VISSIM micro-simulation
models to determine the impact of major development proposals at
the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre (SECC) on the Glasgow
road network. The study considerd local parking access and traffic
management measures required to accommodate the development and recommend
road network improvements to be considered by the developer.
