We developed a system to manage bus permits for concessionary fare
travel for Hertsmere Borough Council. The system was adapted from
the Education Tickets module of the HAPS system for Hertfordshire
County Council. The system stores information about concessionary
fare applicants including digital photographs and prints permits
for concessionary travel. It also produces renewal letters and other
management reports.
