MVA was appointed a Traffic and Revenue Adviser for the Lenders. This involved an in-depth audit of the traffic forecasts produced by the consortium's advisers, definition of scenarios for the lenders forecasts and production of traffic and revenue forecasts based on the agreed scenarios

Phase I of the Limerick Southern Ring Road runs South and West from the N7 and joins the Cork Road (N20.21) at Rossbrien. It was completed in 2004. Phase II will continue west and north to join the N18 north west of Limerick. The project consists of 10km of dual carriageway and includes a new tunnel under the River Shannon. Once completed it will form the final part of a southern bypass around Limerick linking all roads around the city. The project will be tolled at two locations. One will be at a main line plaza close to the western end of the scheme, the other on a single carriageway spur connecting the new route with the existing N18 west of Limerick. MVA was appointed a Traffic and Revenue Adviser for the Lenders. This involved an in-depth audit of the traffic forecasts produced by the consortium's advisers, definition of scenarios for the lenders forecasts and production of traffic and revenue forecasts based on the agreed scenarios.
