For several years we have analysed the Metropolitan
Police local staff surveys. Local police units carry out their own
staff satisfaction surveys, following central guidelines. We look
for comparability in the data collected and merge the data to analyse
and present a corporate view. We report on key factors such as working
relations, tools and equipment and equal opportunities. We compare
the survey results with those of the previous year.
