Review of Network Rail Long Term Expenditure

We undertook an independent review of Network Rail's
long term business plan for electrification and plant equipment.
The client was the Office of the Rail Regulator (ORR) who needed
to include an assessment of this in their Interim Review of Network
Rail's Business Plan. The work was led by us with substantial technical
advice from engineers from SYSTRA and others. The MVA report was
published on ORR's website.
