Oxford housing advice mystery shopping

We assessed the quality of housing advice in Oxford and determined if there were any gaps in the service, via mystery shopping. The work focused on five different Advice Centres in Oxford. Each mystery shopper called one of the advice centres with a housing related problem (different scenarios were devised). The mystery shopper recorded the nature and quality of the response.
