We have provided
the Highways Agency with social and market research services continuously
since 1997. Our work covers a wide range of customer satisfaction
and monitoring studies, including
the continuous
Road Users' Satisfaction Survey, which examines trends in satisfaction
with the motorway and trunk road networks to help drive improvements.
Seeking and responding to feedback from customers is
central to the Agency’s objectives. The Agency seeks to deliver
a high level of road user satisfaction, monitoring against satisfaction
targets for Trunk Roads and Motorways across the core objectives
of:
- journey reliability and congestion;
- safety; and
- the environment.
In addition, we help the Agency understand the needs
and perceptions of their customers. This work has covered a wide
variety of subjects,
ranging from attitudes to driving in winter weather to the perceived
accuracy of Variable Message Signs.
