SYPTE appointed us to forecast the economic benefits
of awarding a Quality Contract for buses in South Yorkshire. We modelled
the improvements in service in the South and West Yorkshire strategic
model (SWYSM) and estimated the economic benefits using the Department
for Transport's program TUBA.
