We assisted property company GVA Grimley in the preparation
of a planning application for improved cycling facilities within
Thames Valley Park, a commercial estate in the Reading area. The
team carried out a comprehensive review of transport planning issues
linked to the site, consult with Woking District Council and Reading
City Council on their aspirations for encouraging cycling in and
around the site, liaised with organisations based at the Park re
likely demand for cycle facilities and reviewed travel plan surveys
collated over the past 18 months. MVAs previous work at the site
includes advice on the Green Travel Plan and development of the new
rail station at Thames Valley Park.
